RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We know that it can be tough to buy things online without being able to try them on. That's why we want to make it as easy as possible for you to find the perfect Tee, Tank or Crew.

We offer 30 days of returns for a different size, style or color or a full refund.

If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase (includes everything EXCEPT custom orders), simply email us at hello@comfythreads.co and we will send you a shipping label so you can return your purchase free of charge.

 

A couple of important details we don't want you to miss:

• If you want a replacement item in a different color, size or style we will ship it out to you as soon as we receive the original back.

• If you want a full refund, we will credit your original method of payment as soon as we receive the original back. Please keep in mind that it may take a bit longer for you to see the refund in your account or back to your credit card depending on your bank. We will email you confirmation that it has been credited on our end.

• All exchanges should be for a similar style in the same price range as the originally purchased item. If there is a price difference, we will let you know and either charge or credit you back the difference.

In keeping with our brand mission, all items that are returned in good condition will be donated to a local shelter. Anything not in good condition will be recycled and reused - never resold.
